Preparation before the convention:

• design of an internet site for registration at the convention
• administration of convention registrations, accommodation and social activities
• follow-up of changes and cancellations
• checking of payments
• confirmations to each participant (registration, accommodation and payment)
• manufacture of badges (additional cost depending on logos, colours and material)
• preparation of personal documents (invitations, vouchers, etc.)
  

Reception and logistics service during the convention:

• welcome of delegates at the “registration desk” (number of hours and people on-site to be specified)
• delivery of personal documents and badge (standard model)
• last-minute registrations and on-the-spot payments
• processing of alterations
• general and tourist information
• manufacture of  badges (additional cost depending on logos, colours and material)

Accreditation:

• development of an accreditation process
• accreditation of participants at the convention venue

Close of the convention:

• auditing and balancing of accounts
• summary statements and breakdowns of accounts
  

Cost per participant   CHF 75.00

Invoicing based on a minimum of 100 participants.
